Founder
Michlie Ranieri is the Founder & Principal Advisor of SquareBiz Advisory, a principal-led firm built for the moment when a company’s strategic ambition outpaces its internal infrastructure. She operates at the intersection of people, operations, and execution — strengthening the foundational systems that growth depends on. Her background spans HR leadership, operational execution, and financial alignment across public accounting (including Big Four at the national and regional level), law, manufacturing, and marketing environments. Unlike traditional consultants who diagnose from the outside, Michlie has built and run these systems from the inside — serving as a senior leader and member of executive teams responsible for deliverables, execution, adoption, and organizational outcomes. She is formally trained in change and transformation as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and is also certified in Project Management, enabling her to make transformation stick through disciplined execution rather than episodic initiatives. This is supported by dual senior HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Kolbe Certification for cognitive alignment and team design, and formal education from NYU and Fordham, culminating in a Master’s from Penn State, where she graduated at the top of her class. Working across industries gives her a macro vantage point: the ability to see patterns in where firms are silently losing capacity, competitiveness, and margin — and how those pressures move through people systems, culture, workflow, and leadership load. She co-architects solutions with leadership, aligning infrastructure to the firm’s strategic intent so growth is sustained, not just initiated. SquareBiz Advisory helps organizations shift from founder-reliant to infrastructure-reliant growth — creating clarity, execution consistency, and organizational resilience so the business is built to scale, not strain.
